"On October 2-3, 2011, the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority and Resom Resort Philippines, Inc (RRPI), in partnership with 5050 Meerae Forum (a non-government organization in Korea), will be holding a medical mission at the Bataan Techno Park, Inc. (BTPI) in Morong, Bataan."
They are in need of Korean translators/interpreters for the Korean doctors. (Knowledge of Tagalog will come in handy as well.) This is a great opportunity for community service for your CAS. If you are interested, here are the important details:

When: Oct. 2 (Sunday) 9-4pm
Where: Bataan Techno Park
Possible Supervisor:  Mrs. Armina Llamas (Jezi Llamas's mom)

*Transportation from school to the venue (and back) will be provided, as well as food during the event.

**This is on a Sunday, so please clarify with your parents/guardians if you are interested in joining.

***We will only take ten (10) volunteers, so the first ten to write up a proposal and submit to me by Friday morning will be considered for the service opportunity.

As of this Monday morning, the only clear intent I have gotten is from Jane Woo. If you are seriously considering this activity, please write up your proposal and come see me or your adviser about this. We will be offering the same opportunity to the 9th and 10th graders by Wednesday. Bottom line is, we need the 10 volunteers, CAS students or not. Hope to hear from you soon. 👍
